Project Communication Plan

Assumptions for Rule Set:

1. All hospitals are identified by name
2. All modules/data will be kept confidential among the Radiology groups until completely verified (Peer review)
3. Radiology QM leaders will keep Radiology Administrators up to date, Radiology Leaders will keep Radiology Chiefs up to date
4. Partners Radiology Patient Safety Team members will keep Radiology QM leaders & Radiology Administrators up to date
5. Partners Radiology Patient Safety Team members will search and agree on appropriate data measures or data bases
6. Radiology QM leaders will review data for reliability and validity
7. Any questions regarding data from the Exec ROC will be addressed by the Partners Radiology Patient Safety Team members
8. The Exec ROC approves distribution and publishing of data
