Bio:
Prior to her role as Project Manager for our quality management and patient safety initiatives, Marj was a Project Specialist at MGH, where she participated in the development of the DRG program for claims. She also was actively involved in projects related to migration from paper-based health records to the advancement of the electronic health record. Prior to working at MGH, Marj worked at Tufts Health Plan as a Project Manager on preventive health initiatives, developing specialty care programs to maximize and improve regulatory rates. During that time she was actively involved in workflow redesign and change management. She comes with a Masters in Business Administration from Rivier College where she majored in HealthCare Administration.
